So ask yourself some important questions:
- Are women represented at decision-making tables?
- What is the policy for addressing discrimination?
- How diverse is the recruitment process?
- Are talent and training programs promoting diversity?
- Are the offices designed to cater to the needs of women?
If you’re unsure about any of these, ask.
And if it turns out there are areas to improve, call them out and ask how this gap is being addressed!
